Claudia Stephany González Trujano is a Mexico City–based IP lawyer specialising in contentious and advisory matters. At Specific IP, she leads administrative and judicial proceedings. She has over 15 years of experience in trade marks, copyright, entertainment, image rights, advertising, and digital law. Her practice includes protection strategies, contract negotiation, and complex litigation. She previously worked at leading Mexican firms managing multinational IP portfolios. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and an LLM from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She is a member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA), among others.
