About Frida Sofía Cuevas Castillo

Frida Sofía Cuevas Castillo is an intellectual property attorney with over four years of experience, focusing on trade marks and copyright. She holds a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and completed her internship at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), gaining experience in domestic and international trade mark procedures. Her practice focuses on the protection, management and enforcement of IP rights, with particular emphasis on trade mark portfolio development. She has completed specialised training at IMPI and WIPO. She is a member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA), among others.
