Fernanda Bidlovsky
is a partner at Maeda, Ayres & Sarubbi Advogados with over 20 years of experience. She has worked in highly complex independent internal investigations, including with reporting to Brazilian and United States authorities. Fernanda leads the firm’s ESG practice and has solid experience in conducting internal investigations related to behavioural (eg, harassment and discrimination) and human rights issues, conducting corporate integrity risk analysis and implementation of integrity programmes covering ESG aspects, as well as conducting human rights due diligence in companies and their supply chains. Fernanda holds an LLM degree from the University of Buffalo Law School and has earned a certification in Sustainable Capitalism and ESG from Berkeley Law.
