Daniel Chacur de Miranda
is a senior partner in the dispute resolution and insurance practice areas. He has extensive experience in the resolution of complex commercial disputes, handling cases involving large companies both before the major arbitral institutions and before the courts. Daniel has a Master’s Degree in Civil Procedure from the University of São Paulo. He also holds an LLM from Columbia Law School with honours. Daniel was a visiting researcher at Université Jean Moulin Lyon III. Daniel graduated in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. He is a member of the Inter-American Affairs Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
