About Björn Wendleby

Björn Wendleby is a partner at, and one of the founders of, Harvest Advokatbyrå. He is specialised in widely defined banking and finance matters, mainly within financial legislation, financing projects, sustainable finance, sustainability regulation and AML, as well as asset management. Björn has significant regulatory experience representing clients in contacts with the SFSA. In his daily work, he advises on a variety of matters relating to authorisations with the SFSA and on various implementation projects. Over the years, he has participated in several long-term projects implementing new legislation, such as MiFID/MiFID 2, PSD/PSD 2, AIFMD and AMLD 4.
