Agathe Wehbé
joined Chauveau Mulon Associés in 2018, after an initial collaboration specialising in family and criminal law. She handles cases involving property inheritance, non-material and moral damage aspects of divorce and separation, focusing on issues relating to children, domestic violence and violence within the family. Agathe is a regular contributor to the firm’s continuing legal education programme, notably on restraining orders, and teaches courses at the EFB and EDACS. She was involved in drafting the Asylum Reform Bill for the French Ministry of the Interior, with particular reference to its family law aspects. Agathe regularly publishes official comments on case law in the Gazette du Palais family law journal.
