About Alice Bouissou
Alice Bouissou
is a partner at Chauveau Mulon & Associés, where she handles cases involving patrimonial and non-patrimonial aspects of divorce and separation. Alice has strong expertise in matters relating to children, domestic violence and intra-family violence and works on issues concerning both French law and private international law, with a particular interest in ADR methods. She regularly publishes articles and case-law commentaries ‒ notably, in the Gazette du Palais’ special family law edition. Alice is also involved in Panthéon-Sorbonne University’s Master II Personne et Famille programme and is a member of the Institut du Droit de la Famille et du Patrimoine, a think tank composed of family law experts.
