About Morghân Peltier

Morghân Peltier joined Véronique Chauveau & Associés in 2019 before becoming a partner in 2022. She has worked at the Office of European Union Law, Private International Law and Mutual Assistance in Civil Matters at the Ministry of Justice, being the French central authority for the Hague Convention of 25 October 1980 on the international wrongful removal of children. Morghân has also been involved in the negotiation of European regulations and international family mediation, enabling her to develop expertise in both private international family law and domestic law. She trains professionals in private international law and is fluent in English.
