About Nathan Morin

Nathan Morin is an associate at Bougartchev Moyne Associés and has been involved in numerous cases, predominantly related to finance. He has extensive experience in regulatory litigation, having worked within the Enforcement Assistance Department of the French Financial Markets Authority. Nathan has been involved in advising on market abuse matters and alleged failure to give proper information to the market. He also advises companies on how to set up anti-corruption measures in accordance with the provisions of the Sapin II Law, and assists them in relation to investigations carried out by the French Anti-corruption Agency. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2017.
