He is also involved in compliance matters, anti-corruption due diligence and internal investigations. He has advised several clients on the design and content of their internal procedures, and contributed to the drafting of the anti-corruption legislation of a foreign country. Sébastien has extensive expertise in sectors such as energy, defence, aerospace, luxury and banking. He also worked for six years as a lawyer within the dispute resolution team of Linklaters LLP in Paris prior to joining Bougartchev Moyne Associés.
