About Constanza Contreras

Constanza Contreras of SCR Abogados is a partner and is in charge of the labour and employment and immigration practice areas. She has advised major companies in employment litigation, administrative requests and complaints and provided counsel on individual and collective employment matters, service agreements and social security legislation, as well as in labour reviews, due diligence processes and collective bargaining matters. Additionally, she has been registered in the National Registry of Employment Arbitrators since November 2017 and was included in the list of arbitrators of the Santiago Court of Appeals between 2017 and 2018. She holds an LLM in Employment Law from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez Law School.
