About Juan Francisco Reyes

Juan Francisco Reyes of SCR Abogados is a partner and is in charge of the corporate, intellectual property, compliance, life sciences and data privacy practice areas. He has advised major international and national companies in the software, pharmaceutical, biotech, retail, automotive and medical devices sectors, in the design, exploitation and protection plans for intangible assets as well as transactional matters. He is a professor at Universidad de Chile Law School, an Endeavor mentor and an arbitrator at the NIC Chile Arbitration Panel. He also served as a substitute judge in the San Miguel Court of Appeals for the 2024 judicial year.
