About Aaron Sherriff

Aaron Sherriff is a partner at Duncan Cotterill. He specialises in commercial litigation and insurance law, and has particular experience managing large, complex disputes. Aaron has been in practice for 23 years and has practised in New Zealand and British Columbia, Canada, exposing him to a wide array of disputes, including insurance, contract, negligence, construction, debt recovery and insolvency, and director liability. Aaron has acted for liability and general insurers in both New Zealand and Canada, advising on indemnity issues and defending insured claims. He is a member of the New Zealand Insurance Law Association and the Society of Construction Law New Zealand.
