About Julia Braga

Julia Braga is an associate in the Energy Practice in Brazil. She concentrates her practice on administrative and regulatory law, focused on the electric energy sector in all its segments regarding regulatory, contractual and corporate matters, including power purchase agreements, distributed generation projects, public and private bids, administrative proceedings within governmental authorities, corporate transactions, among other activities in the power sector. Julia holds a Bachelor’s degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP), a specialisation in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP), and a Master’s degree in Environmental Law & Policy from Stanford University.
