Backed by ten years' experience in employment law in international and French law firms, the French Bar Association granted him the qualification of specialist in labour law. He advises French companies and French subsidiaries of international groups on individual and collective issues, mainly in respect to transfers of undertakings, redundancy plans and their collective bargaining agreements. Alexandre has extensive experience in defending companies against former employees, unions and works councils before the French labour courts and criminal courts. He is also a judge in the Labour Court of Nanterre, making him a strong asset on the litigation field.
