About Amy Wen Wei

Amy Wen Wei is a counsel at CMS. Her practice focuses on complex transnational disputes and advisory matters, particularly commercial and investment arbitration. She has extensive experience advising and representing MNCs, SOEs, states and public entities, and managing contentious affairs across the globe. She has worked on high-stakes cases under the rules of all major international and regional institutions, as well as arbitration-related procedures in front of the courts in China and Hong Kong, France, the UK, the US, and Germany. She is a Registered Foreign Lawyer based in Hong Kong and is qualified in New York (USA) and Paris (France). She is trilingual in English, Chinese and French.
