About Cheryl Lau

Cheryl Lau is an associate in Gunderson Dettmer’s Singapore office, where she has represented investors and companies in venture financing rounds worldwide. Her experience spans key markets including the USA, India, Asia-Pacific, China, the EU, the UK and Africa (with particular focus on the USA, South-East Asia and India). Cheryl has worked on an extensive range of high-value transactions, and is well versed in the legal and commercial aspects of fundraising and general corporate matters, having represented numerous investors and companies in early- to late-stage deals, from inception to exit. She is admitted to practise law in New York and Singapore.
