About Binh Vong

Binh Vong is an associate in the Singapore office of Gunderson Dettmer. She represents venture capital investors and emerging growth companies in corporate transactions across various stages of a company’s growth, with a focus on general corporate counselling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Binh worked as an in-house counsel at a fintech start-up and practised at a leading international law firm, where she advised clients on tech transactions and general corporate matters across the region. She is admitted to practise law in New York and Washington.
