About David He

David He is a partner in the Singapore office of Gunderson Dettmer. David has spent nearly a decade working with start-ups and venture capital investors in the USA, India, Asia-Pacific, China, the EU/UK, the Middle East and Africa. Based in New York, Silicon Valley and Singapore during this period, David has led negotiations in hundreds of successful venture financing transactions on behalf of founders and investors, and advised on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, public listing preparations and a broad range of corporate matters for venture-backed start-ups of all stages. David is a member of the State Bars of California and New York.
