About Kinnari Sahita

Kinnari Sahita is an associate in the Singapore office of Gunderson Dettmer, where she specialises in representing investors and emerging growth companies on corporate transactions spanning across the various stages of a company’s growth. Kinnari has represented several of the region’s prominent venture-backed companies and venture capital funds, and has experience with a range of fundraising structures (including equity and debt fundraisings, and recapitalisations and down rounds). Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Kinnari practised at a top-tier law firm, where she advised clients on private and public M&A transactions in South-East Asia. Kinnari is admitted to practise law in New York and Singapore.
