About Dato’ Tan Yee Boon

Dato’ Tan Yee Boon is one of the founding partners of David Lai & Tan and currently the head of the corporate department. Dato’ Tan is a member of the Malaysian Bar Council and has many years of experience in contentious proceedings and non-contentious matters. His current practice focuses on IPOs, M&A, corporate restructuring, cross-border matters (including foreign investment), and transactions involving public listed companies. He has also acted for various listed companies in matters relating to listing rules and the takeover code. Dato’ Tan sits on the board of directors of several companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
