About Hannah Yin Yi Meng

Hannah Yin Yi Meng is a senior associate at David Lai & Tan and currently a member of the corporate department. Her areas of practice mainly focus on M&A, joint venture exercises, corporate and commercial-related transactions, IPOs and capital markets, as well as corporate real estate. Hannah has recently acted for a subsidiary of a public company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in a joint venture exercise between its subsidiary and the Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan (Pemerbadanan) to develop the first “smart AI container port” in Negeri Sembilan.
