About Henry Tan Hup Yiak

Henry Tan Hup Yiak is a principal associate of David Lai & Tan and currently a member of the corporate department. He is a member of Malaysian Bar Council. He has extensive experience in various corporate exercises including IPO, mergers and acquisitions, rights issues/bonus issues/share options/placement exercises, regularisation plans, etc. He has advised local and foreign clients from diverse sectors, including the semiconductor, engineering, manufacturing, food and beverage, logistics, fintech, property development and construction industries. He is a member of the investment committee of a private equity firm, and regularly invited as a guest speaker to discuss Malaysia’s corporate and capital market landscape.
