About Stephanie Chan Pik Jia

Stephanie Chan Pik Jia is a senior corporate lawyer and partner in David Lai & Tan’s corporate department. She is a member of the Malaysian Bar Council. Stephanie specialises in equity capital markets and corporate and commercial matters, with a strong track record in complex transactions such as M&As, joint ventures, IPOs, voluntary take-over offers and rights issues. Her industry experience spans sectors such as manufacturing, retail, property, automotive and oil and gas, with active involvement in listings on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Stephanie has also been recognised by a leading law directory in 2023–25.
