About Yurena Medina

Yurena Medina joined Evergreen’s team in 2021 after developing her career in the banking and finance teams of reputed firms such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Hogan Lovells, Castro, Sueiro & Varela Abogados, and KPMG Abogados. She became partner in Evergreen’s banking & finance team in March 2023. Yurena has advised both national and international financial entities, investment funds and companies in relation to LBOs and other acquisition financing structures. In recent years, she has also advised in complex debt restructuring and refinancing transactions related to acquisition financing. Yurena has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2003.
