Candice Ota is a partner in White & Case’s project development and finance practice. Candice has extensive experience advising on both Australian and New York law-governed project financing, acquisition financing and debt capital markets transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Through working in New York and Australia, Candice has represented project sponsors, developers, borrowers, banks, multilateral institutions, and export credit agencies in respect of large and complex renewable energy projects located in Asia, Australia, Latin America and the USA, often involving multi-sourced financing and complex intercreditor arrangements.
