This is complemented by Sameer’s advisory and transaction work with fund sponsors and investors in connection with the formation of alternative investment vehicles. Sameer also works with financial institutions on their corporate debt transactions, including syndicated facilities (international and Indian), in the aviation, asset financing and acquisition area.
