About Rita Rendeiro

Rita Rendeiro leads CCSL Advogados’s finance and compliance practice, drawing upon her experience advising clients in connection with banking and finance, capital markets, financial intermediation and asset management. She is a full member of the Portuguese Bar Association. Rita has worked at leading law firms both in Portugal and abroad, including Vieira de Almeida (VdA), Clifford Chance and Dentons, advising on general banking and finance, structured finance and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining the firm, she was a legal adviser at the Issuer’s Department of the Portuguese Securities Commission and held management positions at international banks and a private equity firm dedicated to impact investments.
