Samuel Sauphanor
of Le 16 Law is a dispute resolution lawyer who leads the firm’s white-collar crime team and co-heads the compliance department. He has extensive experience in white-collar criminal defence, advising companies and their senior executives in connection with criminal proceedings before the courts and market authorities. His practice also focuses on internal investigations, investigations before parliamentary committees and compliance matters. He is a member of the Paris Bar and currently an elected member of the Paris Bar Council. He holds a master’s degree in economic law from Sciences-Po Paris, as well as a master’s degree in business law (Université Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris I) and a master’s degree in economic history (La Sorbonne, Paris IV).
