About Timothée de Saint Viance

Timothée de Saint Viance is an associate at Le 16 Law and specialises in cross-border financial disputes, criminal law and white-collar crime as well as internal investigation and compliance. He joined the firm after working in several white-collar crime teams with Anglo-Saxon and French law firms and worked for the legal and compliance department of a major international group. He has a master’s degree in English and North American business law and holds a master’s degree in international business law and a certificate in common law from the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris I) as well as a certificate in criminal sciences from the Université Panthéon-Assas, Paris II).
