About Ms Zhang

Ms Zhang is a partner of Merits & Tree Law Offices. Her practice mainly focuses on construction and infrastructure, real estate transactions and complex commercial dispute resolution. She has been practising as a lawyer since 1994 and was a partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm before joining Merits & Tree. In the past 30 years, Ms Zhang has gained extensive experience in providing legal services for SOEs, leading real estate enterprises, government departments, urban investment companies, and financial bureaus in construction, real estate development and commercial property operation, bulk property transactions, M&A, PPP and concession, land replacement, government bonds and urban renewal projects. Ms Zhang is currently the deputy director of Hubei Lawyers Association Construction Real Estate Law Professional Committee, arbitrator of Wuhan Arbitration Commission, Jingmen Arbitration Commission and Shijiazhuang Arbitration Commission.
