Ping Zhang is a partner at Merits & Tree Law Offices. Her practice focuses on construction and infrastructure, real estate transactions and complex commercial dispute resolution. In the past 30 years, Ms Zhang has gained extensive experience in providing legal services for SOEs, leading real estate enterprises, government departments, urban investment companies, and financial bureaus in construction, real estate development and commercial property operation, bulk property transactions, M&A, PPP and concession, land replacement, government bonds and urban renewal projects. She is currently the deputy director of Hubei Lawyers Association Construction Real Estate Law Professional Committee, arbitrator of Wuhan Arbitration Commission, Jingmen Arbitration Commission and Shijiazhuang Arbitration Commission.
