About Xiang Mao

Xiang Mao is a partner at Merits & Tree Law Offices and specialises in real estate and infrastructure, M&A, rail transit and the above-ground property development, urban renewal and operation of commercial property. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Shenzhen Metro Group for many years. Mr Mao has successfully handled a number of real estate investment and urban renewal projects on behalf of a wide range of clients, including foreign companies, state-owned enterprises, listed companies and private companies. He is a member of the Real Estate Law Professional Committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association and of the Urban Renewal Group of the Real Estate Professional Committee.
