About Xiang Mao

Xiang Mao is a partner of Merits & Tree Law Offices who specialises in real estate and infrastructure, M&A, rail transit and the above-ground property development, urban renewal and operation of commercial property. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, he has worked in Shenzhen Metro Group for many years. Benefited from his career background, he has successfully handled a number of real-estate investment and urban renewal projects on behalf of a wide range of clients, including foreign companies, state-owned enterprise, listed companies and private companies. He is a member of the Real Estate Law Professional Committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association, member of the Urban Renewal Group of the Real Estate Professional Committee.
