About Yi Wu

Yi Wu is a partner of Merits & Tree Law Offices with profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience in real estate and infrastructure, particularly in industrial park development, PPP projects, franchise rights, M&A financing and urban renewal. He has also successfully dealt with many litigation and arbitration cases in the real estate and infrastructure fields. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, he worked in the real estate and infrastructure department of Zhong Lun Law Firm for more than 10 years.
