About Zheyuan Jin

Zheyuan Jin is a partner at Merits & Tree Law Offices, where he leads the real estate department. Zheyuan has extensive experience in the development, construction, investment and financing of real estate and infrastructure. He represents the project owners including local governments, real estate developers, manufacturing enterprises and project financiers to provide litigation and non-litigation legal services for real estate projects related to development, financing, sales and M&A involving commercial real estate, long-term rental apartments, logistics, industrial parks and urban renewals. Zheyuan was a consulting expert on construction and engineering for the World Bank's “Doing Business” report; he also participated in the revision of China’s Construction Law in 2020.
