About Albert Prats Ribas

Albert Prats Ribas is a lawyer with more than 23 years’ experience, specialising in maritime and transport law, port law and ITC. He started practising law in 1997 in his home town and in January 2001 joined one of the leading maritime law firms in Barcelona, becoming a partner after some years. In March 2017, he opened his own law office, BUFETE A. PRATS, providing business consulting services and comprehensive legal advice to a range of customers within the maritime, transport, logistics and port industry. He is a regular speaker at courses and conferences on maritime and transportation law organised by the Maritime and Transport Law Section of the Barcelona Bar Association and Port Authorities.
