About Paula Tukaj

Paula Tukaj specialises in intellectual and industrial property law, with a particular focus on litigation and administrative proceedings for trade mark and design infringement, as well as the prosecution of individuals and entities involved in the marketing of counterfeit goods. She also has experience in domestic and foreign trade mark protection and, drawing on her long-standing practice as an assistant judge, she develops effective strategies for clients to establish and enforce their rights and provides advice on the criminal and civil aspects of enforcing their intellectual property portfolio. Paula also has extensive experience in the broader field of civil litigation, particularly in succession, partition and property law.
