About Joseph Sprinzak

Joseph Sprinzak founded J.SPRINZAK in 2003 and is a specialist in the fields of shipping, multi-modal transport, marine insurance and aviation law. Joseph has wide experience litigating in all types of marine and shore-based disputes for a variety of corporations, ship-owners, time-charterers, port agents, freight-forwarders, ports, terminals, liability insurers, P&I clubs, cargo interests and their insurers, bunker suppliers, shipyards, etc. Joseph has been involved in some landmark decisions, participated in litigation and arbitrations in and outside Israel and accepted instructions from overseas clients on many occasions. Joseph’s expertise covers most aspects of commercial shipping. He is a member of the Israeli Bar and the Israel Maritime Law Association.
