About Osnat Issan

Osnat Issan is a partner of Gottlieb Gera & Co. Advocates with 20 years of experience, whose practice focuses upon cross-border aviation finance, operations, regulation, M&A, corporate finance, corporate counselling and commercial law. Osnat served as vice president and general counsel of Challenge Airlines (IL), Israel’s largest air freight operator, and was active in the group’s international expansion. Before joining Challenge, Osnat was a partner at a prominent Tel Aviv law firm, where she focused on M&A transactions, as well as corporate counselling to public and private companies. Osnat also has experience in venture lending and other asset-backed financing transactions.
