Brandon D. Kemp
represents employers in all areas of labor and employment litigation. Among other things, his practice includes wage and hour, protected-class discrimination and wrongful termination matters in state and federal agencies and courts. Brandon frequently represents companies, business owners and management in unfair competition and trade secret matters. He has represented public and private companies in executive compensation, employee stock plans and severance matters. Brandon also maintains a complementary commercial litigation practice to meet the needs of the employers he represents. Before joining Ogletree Deakins, he practiced in the litigation and corporate and securities groups with a national law firm based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Brandon often speaks and writes on various issues facing employers and business owners.
