About Claire Guilbert

Claire Guilbert is an investment management and investment funds partner at Norton Rose Fulbright based in Luxembourg. She co-heads the firm’s global funds and asset management practice and leads its internal global asset management regulation workstream. Claire advises local and international asset managers on the structuring, formation, offering and organisation of regulated and unregulated investment funds, with a particular focus on private equity, venture capital, debt and real estate strategies. She also addresses all regulatory questions related to alternative investment funds, their managers and their service providers, having particularly deep knowledge of the European and Luxembourg product laws and regulations.
