About Cyril Clugnac

Cyril Clugnac is an investment funds senior associate based in Luxembourg. Cyril assists local and international asset managers in the structuring, setting up, day-to-day operations, restructuring and liquidation of Luxembourg regulated (SIFs) and unregulated (RAIFs and SLPs) alternative investment fund structures (including related non-AIF vehicles). He also assists with all regulatory aspects linked to these structures, including anti-money laundering compliance, sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector, cross-border marketing and the pre-marketing of funds. Cyril has particular knowledge of Luxembourg product laws and EU regulations, including AIFMD, SFDR and CBDF.
