About Cyril Clugnac

Cyril Clugnac is an investment funds senior associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, based in Luxembourg. He assists local and international asset managers in the structuring, setting up, day-to-day operations, restructuring and liquidation of Luxembourg regulated (SIFs) and unregulated (RAIFs and SLPs) alternative investment fund structures (including related non-AIF vehicles). He also assists with all regulatory aspects linked to these structures, including anti-money laundering compliance, sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector, and the cross-border marketing and pre-marketing of funds. Cyril has particular knowledge of Luxembourg product laws and EU regulations, including AIFMD, SFDR and CBDF.
