He advises both GPs and LPs from the world's leading financial institutions, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and DFIs on the structuring and formation of a wide range of Sharia-compliant and conventional investment funds, closed-ended and open-ended funds, including public UCITS-type funds and hedge funds.
