Jennifer assists asset managers, funds promoters, depositary banks and institutional investors in the structuring, setting up, operation and liquidation of Luxembourg regulated investment fund structures (including UCITS, specialised investment funds (SIFs), private equity and venture capital funds (SICARs)), and unregulated investment vehicles (including reserved alternative investment funds (RAIFs)). Jennifer also advises asset managers on the implementation of, and compliance with, the EU AIFM Directive in Luxembourg. Furthermore, she advises investors regarding fund due diligence(s) and assists in the area of fund financing. Jennifer has more than ten years’ experience in working with investment funds in Luxembourg, gained while working for various law firms as well as for the Luxembourg regulator.
