About Oumarou Cisse

Oumarou Cisse joined SCP Yanogo Bobson in 2017 as a legal adviser. He has advised clients on a variety of legal topics including corporate law, international private law, business law, competition law and anti-bribery laws. He holds a Master’s in Public and Private Procurement from the Pan-African Research Centre in Management and Development (CERPAMAD) and a law degree from the University of Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso. He is an alumnus of The Hague Academy of International Law in international private law and was called to the Burkina Faso Bar Association in 2022.
