About Karla Rivera-Rubio

Karla Rivera-Rubio is a labour and employment attorney and Capital Member of Pizarro & González. Since 2011, Mrs Rivera-Rubio’s practice has focused on counselling, litigation, and training on wage-and-hour compliance, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment and related employment matters. Mrs Rivera-Rubio has advised and helped clients in asset purchases and business transfers from a labour and employment perspective. She represents employers in administrative proceedings and before the courts. She is admitted to the Puerto Rico Bar and the US District Court for Puerto Rico and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management, among other professional associations.
