Jorge C Pizarro-García is a labour and employment attorney and Capital Member of Pizarro & González with more than 30 years of experience. He advises employers on union campaigns, collective bargaining, personnel policies, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, workplace investigations and wage-and-hour matters, and has successfully litigated numerous cases. Mr Pizarro represents employers in labour arbitrations and employment matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, representing many of Puerto Rico’s leading providers, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Puerto Rico Board of Examiners, among other professional affiliations.
