About Thanasis Korfiotis

Thanasis Korfiotis has extensive experience in both litigation and out-of-court legal services and advice, acting as a legal consultant for financial institutions including banks, insurance companies and companies admitted to the Cyprus Stock Exchange. Furthermore, Thanasis also advises banks, credit-acquiring companies and credit servicers in their day-to-day operations, as well as on large private equity transactions – including the sale of holdings in banking institutions – and disposal of NPL transactions, representing clients in contentious matters before the courts.
